*14KT White Gold, White Brass and Silver pieces will have a Rhodium finish.
*We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $500.
*Enteresant is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates the package was delivered.
*Enteresant is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

*Enteresant’s brass jewelry collection is a base of brass, plated in either 18KT Yellow Gold or Silver Rhodium.
*Enteresant is not liable for any damage to the finish of a piece if care instructions are not followed.
*All sales are final. We do not take returns on any styles- both brass and solid gold.
*If you purchased a Enteresant piece from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from Enteresant.
*If your brass piece has broken within (1) month of purchase - Enteresant will either exchange your piece for a new one of the same style and color; or provide you with a store credit.
*Chains may be exchanged for a different length at a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when a chain is exchanged.
*No other products may be exchanged.
*Gold is tarnish resistant, however it can get dirty or smudged from lotions, fingerprints and perfumes. To care for your Enteresant fine jewelry we recommend cleaning it with mild detergent or ammonia solution. Be sure to rinse and wipe clean before wearing.
*Enteresant will polish (clean) or repair a fine jewelry product that was ordered directly from Enteresant.com for a small fee. For more information on this option, please email email@example.com
*Our brass jewelry is either plated in 18k or Silver Rhodium. To ensure the life of your item please do not expose it to water. Remove your items while bathing, excising, and swimming. Please also avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and hair products. If your item gets wet, please pat dry immediately. Please remember brass items are NOT fine jewelry items, so specefic maintenance is required to keep the look of your piece. Please follow these instructions carefully. Each brass order will include an instruction care card to reinforce these suggestions. If you like a "vintage" feel to your jewelry, you can let your item "age" on it's own without following the instructions.
*Please note, Enteresant does not repair brass items. Due to their plated finish, we are unable to polish or repair any styles from this collection. However, If your brass piece has broken within 1 month of purchase - Enteresant will either exchange your piece for a new one of the same style and color, or provide you with a store credit.
